Today the answer lives in a ticket. Find it, hope it is the right one, hope someone updated it, ask in the channel, wait. The senior developer knows, but she is in a meeting. The architect knows half of it. The project manager has a status column that was true last Thursday.

What the code can answer, if something reads it

Ghost Architect™ Local reads your codebase and puts the answer on a page: health, risk, what a change would reach, where the code disagrees with itself, and what to fix first. It runs entirely on your own hardware and your own network. Air gapped if that is how you work. Nothing leaves the building, because there is nothing on the other side to send it to.

Start from a blank screen or inherit a project nobody documented. From the first commit on, every scan is kept, so what changed and what it did to the health of the code is in front of you, not reconstructed in a meeting. Run it on a commit, on a push, or five minutes before someone asks.

Who gets their time back

Developers get the map: what a change reaches before they make it, where the seams are, what the last scan found in the files they are about to open. Architects get the seams: the places two parts of the system assume different things, found by reading the code rather than by remembering. Project managers get the status without chasing anyone, from a page that says which pass a scan is in and never claims a phase it cannot see. CTOs get all of it on machines they already own, scanned the way their team wants it scanned, and, if they deliver to clients, under their own name.

What it will not do, on purpose

We are not going to tell you a local model is smarter than a frontier model. It is not, and you already know that. What we will tell you is that Ghost Architect™ does not let the model make claims it cannot back.

Right the first time is cheaper than fast and wrong, and anyone who has watched an agent confidently rewrite the wrong file already knows the price of the alternative. So a person stays in the loop by design: Ghost finds it, you decide, your tooling executes. Ghost Brief™ writes the prompt from your real files, dependencies and findings, and you run it on whatever assistant you already use.

The estate, not the laptop

A team does not run on one machine. Local is a hub and as many spokes as you enrol: one model server, one queue, one fleet page. Move a waiting scan to the top, pause a running one and requeue it, kill it from the hub while it runs on somebody else's machine, and the machine that holds the scan carries out the change and reports back. The LLM Status page shows the model, its memory, its speed today against the prior week, and the model server's own log, live, so the question "is it working or is it stuck" has an answer on a screen.
