A finding the report writer could not expand stays in the report as the analysis recorded it, and the writer runs on a measured budget instead of a fixed thirty seconds. The usage report no longer prints a token total it never measured. Underneath: the verifier no longer deletes a true finding because its own remediation pattern is present, a report the parser cannot read no longer reports a healthy codebase, a redaction marker corroborates a hardcoded-secret finding instead of refuting it, findings are written to the debug record as they enter verification so a scan can be replayed, and a retry that changes nothing is not retried. 438 of 438 smoke tests, 12 of 12 flows.
