The rule that rejected any token carrying a space or a parenthesis was written to keep a bare version string out of a file list, and it discarded the qualifier and the path together: measured on a real scan, nine findings reached the verifier with no file, so it opened nothing, judged nothing, and set all nine aside. And a finding whose fields arrive on one pipe-joined line keeps them, whichever field the line leads with, where every matcher used to be anchored to the start of the line and lost the file, the severity and the effort at once.
