A scope that examined nothing, and a note that did arithmetic on the wrong set

A scope named by its full path matched nothing and scanned nothing, which produces a clean report that reads exactly like good news; scope entries resolve against the codebase root and against the pinned copy being read now, and the absolute and relative forms select the same files.

The first fix for it was not enough, and the entry says so. A conflict scan's coverage note read seventy-seven related out of sixty-one never examined, a subset larger than the set it was drawn from, because one word attached a true count to the wrong population. And a single slow reading used to shrink every scan on the machine and keep it shrunk: the pass-size monitor declines to reach a verdict below three samples now, and too little evidence neither reduces pass size nor clears a reduction already in force.
