A scan that had finished its passes lost its languages line when it moved on to writing its report, because the report is written under a new queue entry. That entry now carries the languages of the scan it continues.

Scans started from the command line, scheduled scans, the dashboard's project scan and the commit watchers now record their languages too, and a row for another machine's scan carries them. When Ghost cannot be sure which scan a set of files belongs to, it records nothing rather than guess.
