On a large scan, a merge step combines the findings of each pass. When its answer has none of the findings it was given, or repeats its own instructions, that answer is set aside and the passes' findings go to the report as they are.
A scan whose findings were all removed by source verification now reports no Codebase Health Score on every path, including multi-pass scans started from the queue or the API.
