A CRITICAL names something an attacker can use

A finding stays CRITICAL only when it names an exposed secret, injection, an access-control bypass or exposed personal data. Anything else is HIGH at most.

The analysis model sometimes rated swallowed errors, missing timeouts and even a colour table CRITICAL. Those findings are now HIGH at most, and each says why and what the model rated it.

Across 48 confirmed CRITICALs in recent open-source scans, the 28 about exposed secrets keep their rating and the other 20 become HIGH.
