A file a finding never discusses does not decide its rating

Findings about example or test code stay at MEDIUM even when they also cite a file they never discuss, and the usage report now counts updates and names versions.

A CRITICAL about an example that reads its secret from an encrypted credentials store is now MEDIUM, and a file named tests.c is read as test code.

The daily usage report says how many updates paused how many scans, and each project's line names the version of Ghost Architect™ Local that ran it.
