A finding that calls a catch silent or empty, where the catch logs the error, now stays in the report rated LOW at most (MEDIUM at most when the catch handles only a narrower kind of error), with the logging line named. A finding about a missing timeout is now checked in the file where the connection is made, not only the file that calls it.

Both changes were checked against findings we had verified by hand against the source they came from: no check now sets aside a finding that was real, or rates one below the severity it deserves.
