A report entry that runs on is stopped in seconds, not minutes

When Ghost writes the report, the model writes one entry per finding. On a scan this week it wrote one entry as a single line of more than 52,000 characters of repeated words and kept going luation now.

Ghost now stops the model as soon as a line in an entry passes the length it would throw away, writes that entry again on its own, and does the same for any entries the runaway left unwritten. If the rewrite runs on too, the entry is built from the finding's own details instead.
