// Ghost Watcher™ · Ghost Architect™ Local
Every commit,
checked.
In Ghost Architect™ Local, the Ghost Triple Crown™ runs three checks on the files a commit changes: Blast Radius™ (what else they touch), Conflict Detection™ (what they disagree with), and a Ghost Brief™ of what to do about it, with a commit risk score. It runs in three ways, and all three stay inside your own network, on your own model.
$ git push Ghost Triple Crown™ analyzing your changes... Running Blast Radius... Running Conflict Detection... Synthesizing Ghost Brief... Ghost Triple Crown™ - CLEAR Blast Radius: 3 files affected - LOW Conflict Detection: 0 conflicts - none Ghost Brief: 1 recommendation ✔ Pushing...
Ghost Triple Crown™
Three passes. One complete picture.
Blast Radius™
Maps every file that breaks if you change something. Know the impact before you touch the code.
Conflict Detection™
Finds where two sides of the codebase expect different things. Catches contract mismatches before they hit production.
Ghost Brief™
Generates a developer-ready remediation prompt for every finding. Paste directly into Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
Ghost Architect™ Local runs the Ghost Triple Crown™ on every commit, on your own hardware, against your own model. Nothing about your code leaves the building.
// Three ways to check every commit
Before the push. After the push. From your CI.
Pick one or use all three. Each runs on your hardware, against your model.
The pre-push hook
On a developer's machine, choose Ghost Triple Crown™ Pre-Push Analysis, then Enable for a Repository. From then on, every git push runs the Ghost Triple Crown™ on the changed files first. When it finds something CRITICAL or HIGH, it lists the findings and asks whether to push anyway. It never blocks work for its own reasons: if the model isn't answering or the analysis runs past ten minutes, it says so and lets the push through.
Ghost Watcher™ Local
Scans on the hub every time someone pushes to a repository on your own git server, so nobody installs anything on their machine. It works with GitHub Enterprise Server, GitLab (self-managed), Bitbucket Server, Gitea and Forgejo. Each push is checked against your git server's signature before anything in it is trusted. On GitHub Enterprise Server, the hub can post each commit's risk score back as a comment on the commit.
Your own runner
A CI runner inside your network (Jenkins, GitLab Runner, a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner, anything that can run a command) starts scans with ghost --no-interactive, or through the hub's REST API with a scan-control key. The pipeline gets an exit code and a findings file to act on.
Why not a cloud-hosted runner? A runner hosted by GitHub, GitLab or another cloud service runs outside your network and has no way to reach the model on your own hardware, so Ghost Architect™ Local doesn't use one. That is the point of the product: the code and the model never leave your machines.
// Setup
Ghost Watcher™ Local in four steps.
On the hub, in the Admin Console. Your git server sends a webhook; the hub does the rest.
- 1
Enable the Watcher
On the hub, open Admin Console, Ghost Watcher™ Local and choose Enable Watcher. The screen shows the webhook URL.
- 2
Make a webhook secret
Choose Regenerate Webhook Secret and copy the secret it shows. It's shown once.
- 3
Add the repository
Under Manage Watched Repositories, give the repository's name as your git server writes it and the folder on the hub where a checkout of it lives.
- 4
Point your git server at the hub
On your git server, add a webhook for push events to that URL, with that secret. Each push is then scanned on the hub's own queue, and its report lands with every other.
// Cost
No per-commit bill.
The checks run on your own model, on hardware you own, under one monthly Ghost Architect™ Local licence. Checking every commit costs you machine time, not tokens.
// Get started
Your next commit, checked.
Ghost Watcher™ Local and the pre-push hook are part of Ghost Architect™ Local. Version 8 is in early access beta.
Working alone? Ghost Open™ is free for one person, and its Commit Forecast™ checks your uncommitted changes before you push.
