Ghost Architect™ On Demand: service agreement
This agreement is between Ghost Platform (“we”) and the customer named in the quote (“you”). It covers every Ghost Architect™ On Demand run you order from us.
- What we review. The one codebase named in your quote, at the branch or commit named there, of about the size quoted. One run gives one report: an intellectual property evidence review of that code. Different or larger code needs a new quote.
- When you get it. We deliver by the date and time in your quote. We never promise same-day delivery. For a rush run, if we miss the quoted time, we refund the rush fee, which is the amount above the standard run price.
- Who gets the report. We send the report, under your brand, only to the people named in your quote. We give it to no one else.
- Your code. You give us read-only access. We copy the code to our own machines and review it there, with a model that runs on those machines. We send it to no cloud AI service and no other third party. We delete our copy of your code when we deliver the report. We keep a copy of the report for 30 days so we can resend it, then delete it. If you ask, we delete it at once; after that, another copy means a new run at a new fee.
- Confidentiality. We keep your code, the report and what you tell us about them confidential, and use them only to do this work.
- Your right to share. You confirm you have the right to give us this code for this review.
- What the report is not. It is an evidence review, not legal advice or a legal opinion. It states what the code shows and quotes the files and lines. Conclusions are yours and your counsel’s. Like any review, it can miss things.
- Payment. You pay before we start, through the payment link we send with the quote. A pack is 5 or 10 runs, each for a codebase of up to about 1,000 files, to use within 12 months of payment. Packs are not refundable.
- Liability. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fee you paid for the run or pack concerned. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Law. Illinois law governs this agreement.
How you agree: Reply “I agree” to the email that carries this agreement and your quote, or tick the terms box when you pay. Either one means we both accept these terms.
